Viewing Your Bookings
All your bookings — past, present, and upcoming — are visible in your account under My Bookings.
How to access My Bookings
- Sign in to your account using the Sign In link in the top navigation bar.
- Once signed in, click on your name in the top-right corner to open the account menu.
- Select My Bookings from the dropdown menu.
Your bookings are listed with the following information:
- Booking reference number
- Check-in and check-out dates
- Number of guests
- Total amount paid
- Current status (e.g. Confirmed, Pending Payment, Completed)
Click on any booking to view the full details, download your confirmation PDF, access the messaging thread, or take action (cancel, request modification).
