Downloading Your Booking Confirmation
A booking confirmation PDF is generated automatically when your booking is confirmed. It contains your booking reference, property details, check-in and check-out dates, guest count, and payment summary.
How to download
- Go to My Bookings.
- Open the booking you want to download.
- Click the Download PDF Confirmation button.
The PDF will open in your browser or download to your device, depending on your browser settings.
A copy of the confirmation is also sent to your email address at the time of booking. If you cannot locate it, check your spam or junk folder.
