Deleting Your Account
You can permanently delete your Karelda account at any time from your account settings. This is an irreversible action.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your personal information (name, email, phone) will be anonymised.
- Your booking records are retained for legal and financial compliance purposes but will no longer be linked to your personal details.
- You will not be able to recover your account or access booking history after deletion.
How to delete your account
- Sign in and navigate to Account Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
If you have an upcoming booking, please consider cancelling it before deleting your account. Contact us if you need assistance.
