Creating and managing your account

Your Karelda Account

An account is required to make a booking. Your account stores your booking history, allows you to message the property manager, and gives you access to the guest portal for your stay.

Creating an account

1. Click Register in the top navigation bar.
2. Enter your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and a password.
3. Check your email for a confirmation link and click it to verify your address.
4. You are now signed in and can begin booking.

Updating your profile

1. Click on your name in the top navigation bar.
2. Select Account Settings.
3. Update your name, phone number, or password as required.
4. Click Save Changes.

Forgotten password

Click Sign In, then Forgot your password?. Enter your email address and we will send you a reset link.
