House Rules
To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests and good relations with neighbours, all guests must abide by the following house rules.
Noise and Quiet Hours
Noise audible outside the property is strictly prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. All guests and visitors must observe this curfew. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Maximum Occupancy
The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests overnight. This limit must not be exceeded at any time. Any visitors in addition to booked guests must be approved in writing in advance.
No Parties or Events
Parties, weddings, and events are strictly prohibited. The property is approved for private holiday accommodation only.
No Under-21 Groups
Bookings for "Schoolies" events or groups where all attendees are under 21 years of age are not accepted.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Pets
Pets are welcome but must be declared at booking. Please refer to the pet policy article for full details.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are never permitted at the property: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms, air rifles, or fireworks.
Property Condition
Guests are responsible for leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition. Do not tamper with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, or any safety equipment.
